Improve your swimming with pool fitness sessions in the Lake District

Join a group session in the pool to improve your stroke, improve your fitness and learn how to move faster and more streamlined in the water.

Our pool sessions combine fitness, skills and technique, and endurance sets for a mixed, fun and social workout.

Ideal for triathletes preparing for race season, swimmers moving from pool to lake, or those looking for a fun, social swimming workout. Pool sessions cater for mixed speeds and abilities*.

What to expect:

  • Skills & front crawl technique-focused sessions for triathletes & swimmers
  • Specific workshops to learn to train all four swimming strokes
  • Join a group coached session or book a private 1:1 or 1:2 session
  • *Must be able to swim at least 500m continuously.
